Shake well, and then pop in the refrigerator overnight. Which is one of the many reasons I love making chia pudding the night before, popping it in the fridge and waking up to a delicious, omega-3 rich ready-to-go breakfast. While I love creating recipes out of chia seeds, especially the Organic Chia Seeds in both white and black chock full of omega-3s, protein, fiber, calcium, and magnesium from Mamma Chia) sometimes I love chucking something easy into my bag and having a chia snack on-the-go. They are super easy to eat without making a mess, taste amazing, and are full of great nutrients like complete protein, fiber, and omega-3s. In one bottle you have a quarter of your day’s recommended fiber, four grams of protein, 95mg of calcium and because of the flavor profiles, they are full of lots of antioxidants as well
